Architect

Bio    Print Version

My true strength and contribution involves client interaction and public presentation. For the last 30+yrs I have worked as a project manager in the Midwest and the Bay Area, working with various government authorities, gaining development rights, approvals, and permits for the development and construction of a variety of building projects.

My experience has been to coordinate and bring together a diverse group to make an idea into a physical reality. This has included assembling the building team, planners, architects, engineers, financial analysts, lawyers, contractors, government officials, and first and foremost, working directly with the client, to create the idea that through the design and construction process, becomes architecture.

I spent 14yrs as a Professor of Architecture, teaching Design, Financial Feasibility Analysis, Construction Management, Urban Studies, and a variety of related courses.
